The Sony RDR-HXD560 combines an 80GB hard drive, DVD recorder and digital TV tuner in one sleek compact unit. Plan and select what you want to watch with the electronic programme guide and then record up to 100 hours worth of material direct to the hard drive. Its intuitive interface then lets you manage all your stored material so you can watch what you want, when you want. It’s easy to transfer recorded material from the hard drive to a DVD and you can even connect your digital camcorder to transfer your home movies. The RDR-HXD560 will play a multitude of formats and with ''Chasing playback'' you can watch the beginning of a programme while it is still being recorded.
